WASHINGTON D.C. -- The families of victims of the Flight 3407 crash are furious with a Tennessee senator and they plan to let him know about it in person.

Family members are gathering in Washington D.C. this week, where they will ask senators to pass an airline safety reform bill.

The measure was to come up for a vote but stalled when Tennessee Senator Bob Corker put a hold on the bill because it would have an impact on FedEx which is located in his district.

That isn't sitting well with family members who have some something to say to Corker.

“I’m going to go in there and bring pictures of my daughter and my husband and I’m going to say, ‘Look into her eyes and tell her, her daddy died in vain.’ And, I’m going to tell him these are human beings, not statistics, and human lives are worth more than any money. And, I’m going to try and convince him that he needs to stop trying to hold his bill up,” said Jennifer West, who lost her husband Ernie when Flight 3407 crashed in Clarence Center in February 2009.

The last time many of the families were in Washington was for the presentation of National Transportation Safety Board's final report on the crash investigation.
