U.B.'s School of Nursing unveils new facilities
BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Nursing students at the University of Buffalo have a new home.
The school of nursing unveiled its renovated clinical facilities and research space Tuesday afternoon on U.B.’s South Campus.
The new facility, located in Wende Hall, boasts state-of-the-art laboratories and equipment including talking patient mannequins.
Officials say the improvements will only help the school’s reputation.
"Our clinical laboratories are really now state-of-the-art, they're comparable to the finest schools in the country," said Jean Brown, the dean of the School of Nursing.
Classes started in the new facility back in January.
