BUFFALO, N.Y. -- A battle involving a Western New York man and Facebook made its way to Buffalo's federal court on Tuesday.
Paul Ceglia of Allegany claims Facebook owes him 84 percent of the company.
Ceglia says he signed a contract with company owner, Mark Zuckerberg to design and develop the website.
According to the complaint, Ceglia said he never received money from his investment, something attorney Terrence Connors expressed in court, "The price entitlement to share of Facebook is something that's going to be the subject of proof in the trial. You can read the contract, it says what it says."
The case will be tried in Western New York.
