Justin Bieber concert rescheduled at Fair
The postponement of the Justin Bieber concert sent shockwaves through Bieber nation. Many came to the fairgrounds Sunday specifically for Justin, which was bad news for a lot of people traveling from outside the region. Our Andy Mattison has details on how those already stricken with Bieber fever handled the news.

NEW YORK STATE FAIR -- It was not the news Justin Bieber fans wanted to hear.
"My mom called and I was like you're kidding, I'm so depressed,” said Courtney Legare.
"She cried. My daughter cried,” said Betty Beaudreau.
"I was in the car and I was like are you kidding me!?! I was disappointed,” said Gabi Rossi.
Word came late Saturday night that Bieber's performance was being delayed. After a record crowd Saturday, the Fair was expecting similar numbers for Sunday's sold out concert, which has now been rescheduled for Wednesday.
"We’re pleased Justin is going to come back September 1st and play this coming Wednesday. We talked to the management team and we can't lose sight of the fact that he's a 16 year old man who's been on tour a lot and he just needs a rest,” said Dan O'Hara, Fair Director.
Those that can't make Wednesday's performance are entitled to a refund but only from the place they bought the tickets from, which has made for a little bit of confusion at the box office on Sunday.
"They told me I had to go back on Ticketmaster to get my refund because I purchased the tickets on the web so I have to when I get back home I have to contact Ticketmaster with the hopes that they'll reimburse us,” said Beaudreau.
The postponement may have ruined plans for some on Sunday but Bieber fever is contagious and those that have been infected vowed to return on Wednesday no matter what.
"Is there anything that would come between you and a Justin Bieber concert?' Probably not. A broken leg. No I would still go,” said Legare.
Bieber's Wednesday night performance begins at 7 p.m.
