BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Buffalo Police say they're waiting for toxicology reports before deciding whether or not to charge the driver who hit and killed a young boy in the parking lot of a Buffalo grocery store.
Richard Colon, 8, was hit by a car outside the Tops on Niagara Street Wednesday afternoon.
Witnesses say the driver tried to leave the scene after the incident, but bystanders were able to stop him.
The driver's identity has not yet been released.
