Another sexual assault reported at Darien Lake
GENESEE COUNTY, N.Y. -- It’s the third instance of sexual abuse at Darien Lake in less than a week.
A Penfield man arrested at the theme park Monday is now facing sexual abuse charges.
Genesee County Sheriff's deputies say Alexander Agapii, 31, inappropriately touched a 14-year-old girl without her consent on the lazy river ride at the water park.
Agapii’s charged with third degree sexual abuse.
This comes just three days after Antonio Lee Sanders, 20, inappropriately touched two girls under the age of 14 inside the water park.
