BUFFALO, N.Y. – A donation of six computers will give foster children a better chance to succeed in school.
Buffalo ReuseIT donated the computers to children in the Gateway-Longview's foster care program on Tuesday. The hope is that the children will use the computers to help them with school, and learn about technology.
"It's so exciting that you have a program that looks out for the community and can donate things to help someone's life. That's the most outstanding thing you can do," said Rose Patterson, a foster parent.
