Police found 65-year-old Alton Sease shot in the chest in front of his house just before 11 p.m. Thursday. He was rushed to Erie County Medical Center, where he later died.

Adel McTier, 68, was also taken to the hospital for a head injury. McTier was later arrested and charged with second degree murder.

Police say they believe the shooting happened during an argument between the two men, who are described as long-time friends.
