Man charged in deadly gas station shooting
BUFFALO, N.Y. — A 23-year-old Buffalo man faces murder and robbery charges in connection with a shooting at a Riverside gas station earlier this month.
According to the Erie County District Attorney's Office, 23-year-old Charles Tubbins was arraigned Friday morning in State Supreme Court.
Police say Tubbins attempted to rob a gas station on Ontario Street back on November 10th when he shot and killed 24-year-old Rashiene Carson of Lockport.
He faces charges of second degree murder, attempted robbery, and criminal possession of a weapon, and faces a maximum sentence of 25 years to life in prison.
