BUFFALO, N.Y. — Snow and wind made it slow going for commuters during rush hour Thursday evening.
Snow showers and winds moved through the area in the late afternoon to early evening hours.
The snow bands moved from the north into the Buffalo metro area, before moving south in the evening.
