BUFFALO, N.Y. — Seabar restaurant is bringing its beef-on-weck sushi to a party before the big game that will feature one restaurant from every NFL city.

Restaurant officials hope to showcase a twist on one of the best dishes Buffalo has to offer.

Chef Phil Limina said the dish represents a classy take of the fabric of the community.

"Not a lot of people actually know about the beef-on-weck sandwich outside of Buffalo and this is kind of a little bit more upscale, more intricate take on it. It showcases a classic, blue collar, Buffalo dish," Limina said.

Chefs at Seabar serve about 60 beef on weck sushi platters on their busiest nights.

The party is Saturday night.
