Notice a Difference?
It's been a few segments now, have you noticed a difference in my kitchen?
I recently found myself needing to rectify a problem with my stove…..gas leaks, even very small ones, aren’t something to be taken lightly. So, after trying to buy a replacement part ($150.00 3-5 business days delivery) I bit the bullet and bought a new stove instead.
Over the years I’ve had a number of people suggest I needed a kitchen upgrade. Like most serious cooks, I would gladly cook in a grand home kitchen. That being said, I also feel that a lot of the appeal of Cooking at Home is that it’s produced in a very modest, no frills kitchen…one that most people can easily relate to.
A new stove is not going to change the way I cook or be more of an inspiration to me......it's just a tool. My old stove was a real champ and did everything I asked of it.
Now let’s see if the new one can get me through the next 2,500 segments.
