Another local recruit for Jim Baron's Canisius College basketball program. Niagara Falls forward Jermaine Crumpton has signed on to join the Griffs next year.

Crumpton helped the Wolverines to a Section 6 Class AA title last season. He's joined in the recruiting class by Canisius high school's Adam Weir, who signed on Wednesday.

St. Joe's All-WNY infielder Jared Baldinelli is headed to St. Bonaventure to continue his baseball career. He led the Marauders to the Georgetown Cup title last spring.
