Fredonia man charged with sex abuse
FREDONIA, N.Y. — A Chautauqua County man faces charges of sexual abuse against a child for an incident in October.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies arrested 77-year-old Arnold Blakely of Fredonia following an investigation.
They say they received reports that Blakely sexually abused a four-year-old girl in the town of Sheridan.
He is charged with four counts of sexual abuse as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
The Sheriff's Office says Blakely posted bail.
