Man sentenced in deadly motorcycle crash
BUFFALO, N.Y. — The man responsible for a fatal motorcycle accident this past March was sentenced Thursday.

Joseph Ayer, 30, of Cheektowaga, pleaded guilty back in July to criminally negligent homicide.

He was sentenced Thursday in State Supreme Court to two to four years in prison for his role in the crash.

In his plea, Ayer admitted to driving erratically and speeding on Route 400 in West Seneca on March 20th. He then lost control of his motorcycle, which ejected and killed 24-year-old Chelsea Olsen.
