Lynn Dejac Peters reaches settlement with NY state
A mother, exonerated of her daughter's murder after spending thirteen years in prison, has reached a settlement with New York State.
An attorney representing Lynn Dejac Peters says they settled with state on the unlawful imprisonment suit late Friday.
He also says there has also been development in Dejac Peters' Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit against Erie County and the City of Buffalo.
More information will be released at a press conference Tuesday.
