Man hit by car in West Seneca after apparent drug deal goes wrong
WEST SENECA, N.Y. — One person is in the hospital and another faces charges after police say an overnight drug deal turned violent in West Seneca. It happened behind the Tops Supermarket on Harlem Road.

West Seneca police say an 18-year-old man was run over by a car after taking off with the drugs. He was taken to ECMC with minor leg injuries.

The 21-year-old driver is charged with assault and reckless endangerment.

Police say drug charges are pending.
