FIRST NIAGARA CANTER-- Retired Sabres hit the ice at the First Niagara Center Wednesday.

The Sabres Alumni Association together with BlueCross BlueShield of WNY hosted their 9th annual Fall Wine Festival.

The festival featured food and drinks from the best of Buffalo's bars and restaurants.
With the funds raised from previous years, ECMC was able to build it's state-of-the-art mammograhy bus.
The pink bus tours WNY, offering free mammographs for women who can't afford them.

"This the second year of our commitment to the bus," said Larry Playfair, Director of the Sabres Alumni Association. "Last year we raised $125,000. All three of the entities committed $250,000 for the bus. The bus is here tonight. People have been able to go on it and see what it is," said Playfair.

Proceeds benefit breast cancer care in WNY.
