Two Buffalo men charged in 2004 murders
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Three men, including two from Buffalo, face charges in connection with the 2004 murders of of two men.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, a federal grand jury has indicted Efrain Hidalgo and Brandon Jonas, both of Buffalo, and Misael Montalvo of New York City in connection with the the November 2004 murders of Nelson and Miguel Camacho.
Prosecutors say the three men shot the Camachos during a robbery attempt.
Hidalgo also faces charges involving two other murders and seven attempted murders.
The men face a maximum sentence of life in prison or the death penalty.
