Car Crashes into Barber Shop

TONAWANDA, N.Y. -- A 19-year old man was sent to the hospital after he slammed his car into a barber shop, in Tonawanda, just before 3 am Sunday morning.
The crash caused major damage to the building.
According to Town of Tonawanda Police, the teen drove right into the Colvin Highland Barber Shop on Highland Parkway. He was taken to ECMC.
There's no word yet on his injuries.
Police say there is no damage estimate yet.
No one was in the barber shop when the accident happened.
The cause of the crash is being investigated.
