Suspect in Tonawanda gas station holdup arrested
TONAWANDA, N.Y. — The man wanted for robbing a Town of Tonawanda gas station over the weekend has been arrested.
Two Buffalo Police Detectives spotted 39-year-old Louis Henhawk on Hertel near Niagara Street and recognized him.
Police say Henhawk robbed the NOCO gas station in the 800-block of Niagara Falls Boulevard early Saturday morning. Investigators say he used a semi-automatic handgun and made off with $100.
Charges against Henhawk are pending.
