Around 6:45 p.m. Saturday, Cuba police said officers responded to an accident on North Shore Road.

Investigators say 46-year old William Felicetti of Niagara Falls stuck another vehicle head on.

A 71-year old woman from Rushford, who was a passenger in the vehicle that was struck, was flown to ECMC where she later died.

Two people were treated and released from Olean General Hospital.

Felicetti faces charges of DWI and failure to yield at a yield sign.

The investigation continues and additional charges are pending.
