The Health Department says a problem occurred with a chemical feed pump at the Village's water treatment plant and they will continue to collect samples and analyze the situation.

Because of the boil order, the Fredonia Central Schools are also canceling all after school and evening activities.

Officials say people should boil all water for one minute and cool it before using, or just used bottled water.
