Sheehan Hospital sale finalized
BUFFALO, N.Y. — The new owner of the former Sheehan Hospital has offically closed on the sale. The president of the McGuire Group says the sale was finalized Wednesday.
Workers mowed the lawn and picked up other garbage found outside Monday. A spokesperson says the group wants to make the neighborhood a bright spot instead of an eyesore.
McGuire purchased the building for $2 million.
Sheehan closed at the end of May and filed for bankruptcy in August.
