Corrections officers say 28-year-old Carlos Rosario has violated his parole while out on charges of rape, criminal sexual act and criminal contempt.

He's described as about 5'6", 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Officers say Rosario has a very violent history and is considered a threat to the community.

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
