NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. --- Niagara Falls police have identified a suspect in connection with the shooting of a two year old girl.

Police issued an arrest warrant Monday for Willie R. Scott, Junior.

Two year old J'Raeona Moore was shot in the face nearly two weeks ago while sitting in a car outside a convenience store.

She was taken to Children's Hospital and underwent surgery.

A family spokesperson says she is off a ventilator and alert but says she will likely need more surgery for her nose and for nerve damage to her face.
