South Buffalo intersection reopens to traffic
BUFFALO, N.Y. — An intersection in South Buffalo re-opened Tuesday.
The intersection at Hopkins and Tifft streets was closed to traffic Monday afternoon after police say a tractor trailer brought down power lines there.
It re-opened around 10 a.m. Tuesday.
