Troopers say 32-year-old Martimiano Vasquez-Santiago had sex with a 15-year-old girl on two separate occasions in late 2011. They say he also gave her alcohol.

Vasquez-Santiago faces charges of rape, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawfully dealing with a child.

He was arraigned in Town of Lockport Court and is scheduled to appear back in court in early January.
