Hit-and-run suspect accused of holding up bar at gunpoint
BUFFALO, N.Y. — A man accused of hitting three people with his car on a parking ramp last year is in trouble with the law again.

According to the Erie County District Attorney's Office, 19-year-old Richard Booze Junior has been charged with robbery and burglary after allegedly stealing money and liquor at gunpoint from Dee Toe's Bar on Genesee Street in August.

Booze is already facing charges of assault. He's accused of intentionally hitting three people with his car in the Augspurger Ramp on Pearl Street last December, and then fleeing the scene.

Booze faces up to 32 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
