Taglianetti due in Chautauqua County on Wednesday
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. — The man accused of murdering Clymer's School Superintendent is set to return to Western New York this week to face a judge.

Chautauqua County District Attorney Dave Foley says 42-year-old Anthony Robert Taglianetti will appear in court on Wednesday.

He faces second degree murder charges in the shooting death of Clymer superintendent Keith Reed Jr. back in September.

If the case goes to trial and Taglianetti is convicted, he faces up to 25 years to life in prison.
