Former State Trooper pleads guilty to promoting prostitution
A former State Trooper based in Buffalo pleaded guilty Monday to promoting prostitution.

Titus Taggart, 42, admitted in Erie County Court to organizing off-duty parties during which he made prostitutes available.

The 18-year state police veteran had worked out of Troop T. He was suspended in April and fired a few months later.

Taggart faces up to a year in jail when he's sentenced March 27th.
