Husband and wife face drug charges
BUFFALO, N.Y. — A husband and wife from Buffalo face drug charges after federal officials say undercover agents bought oxymorphone from them three times.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, 50-year-old Damien Goodwin and his wife 53-year-old Juanita Smith were indicted by a federal grand jury.
A third man, 24-year-old Derek Sardina, was also charged with conspiracy to distribute drugs.
All face a maximum of 20 years in prison and a million dollars in fines.
