Husband and wife admit to stealing from PTO bank account
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Two Orchard Park residents have pleaded guilty to stealing funds from a school's Parent Teacher Organization's bank account.
Daniel and Elizabeth Losardo pleaded guilty to grand larceny, according to Erie County District Attorney Frank Sedita.
Sedita says from from February 1st, 2011, to May 19th of this year, Elizabeth Losardo was the treasurer for the Orchard Park Middle School's PTO and, with the help of her husband, stole nearly $30,000 from the group's account.
They've made full restitution.
Both Daniel and Elizabeth face up to four years in prison apiece when they're sentenced in March.
