Lockport man accused of breaking child's arm
LOCKPORT, N.Y. — A Lockport man faces assault charges after troopers say he threw a young child.
State Police say 23-year-old Michael Zinck faces charges of assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Troopers say they opened an investigation after a young child was treated for a broken arm at a local hospital. The circumstances were suspicious, and troopers said they learned Zinck threw the child, breaking his arm.
He remains in Niagara County Jail.
