BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Snow is to blame for an accident in Buffalo.
Buffalo Police tell us a car skidded into a city snow plow on Masten Avenue near Northampton on Saturday.
The driver of the car was treated for minor injuries at ECMC. The plow driver wasn't hurt.
