NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. – Monday is the first day on the job for Niagara Falls' new police chief. Bryan DalPorto is taking over for Superintendent John Chella.

The new police chief started his career in the U.S. Air Force and is still active in the Air National Guard.

DalPorto has been with the department for 15 years and says he's looking forward to starting.
