Man pleads guilty to child sex abuse charges
ERIE COUNTY, N.Y. -- A man currently serving time in prison pleaded guilty Thursday to child sex abuse charges.
The Erie County District Attorney's Office says Donald Filer, 52, pleaded guilty to raping and sodomizing a 10-year-old in 2007, and sexually abusing a 5-year-old around the same time.
He's already serving 32 years to life in prison for charges stemming from a crime involving one of those victims.
Filer faces 25 years to life when he's sentenced in February.
