Catholic Health restricting visitors to defend against flu
BUFFALO, N.Y. — In a way to try to reduce the spread of the flu, Catholic Health is implementing restrictions for visitors at its facilities in Western New York.
A spokesperson says all of Catholic Health's hospitals and long-term care facilities will only allow visitors age 14 and older. Those restrictions will remain in place until medical staff determines that they're no longer necessary.
The group is also installing more hand sanitizer dispensers throughout its facilities.
