Several Flight 3407 wrongful death suits remain outstanding
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Nearly a dozen wrongful death lawsuits remain in federal court nearly four years since the crash of Continental Flight 3407.
According for court documents, 29 settlements have been approved, while two settlements are pending approval.
Eleven cases remain outstanding and could head to trial. Other suits remain in State Supreme Court.
Fifty people and an unborn child died when the plane crashed into a home in Clarence Center.
Settlement amounts are not being released.
