Plan to turn former furniture building into lofts approved
BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Planning Board has approved a plan to turn a former furniture building into businesses and lofts.
Developer Rocco Termini says construction will begin in about six months at the former FWS building on Elmwood Avenue. He says planning is still in its early stages.
Termini hopes the project would take nine months to be completed.
