Man sentenced for North Tonawanda pharmacy robbery
NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — A Niagara County man will spend nearly six years behind bars after being convicted of burglarizing a pharmacy in North Tonawanda.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, 30-year-old Timothy Lichtenburger will spend 70 months in prison for breaking into a Rite Aid Pharmacy in the spring of 2011.
Authorities said he stole more than $26,000 worth of prescription pills.
