Owner of floor hockey center charged with sending explicit texts to teen
CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — The owner of a local floor hockey center has been arrested for reportedly sending sexually explicit text messages to a teenager.

According to Cheektowaga Police, Randall Kosinski of Williamsville made sexually explicit phone calls and text messages to a 16-year-old boy over the course of six months.

The victim and his mother reported the messages to police in early December.

Kosinski owns American Indoor Street Hockey, a local street hockey facility.

He now faces charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and second degree harassment.
