Buffalo State students to attend Presidential Inauguration

Buffalo State students to attend Presidential Inauguration
BUFFALO, NY--More than 50 students from Buffalo State College are on their way to Washington to take part in the presidential inauguration.

For many of the students, this is not only their first time attending a prestigious ceremony, but it is also the first inauguration following their first vote.

The trip's organizer said it's exciting to be able to become a part of history.

Muhammed Sumbundu, a Buffalo State College Council Representative, said, "Just being in the crowd is a history of it's own. This whole organizing of this trip is a history of its own. And the students are very proud to be a part of this historical moment".

The students will return early Tuesday morning.
