Police say Richard Morgan was last seen when he made a transaction on his debit card at Byrne Dairy in Geneseo on Wednesday afternoon.

Morgan is in the early stages of dementia. He's described as 5'9", around 170 pounds, with short silver hair. He was seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans and black shoes.
