Missing elderly man found safe
CITY OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. -- An elderly man from the City of Tonawanda has been found safe.
There are no details yet on where Richard Morgan was located.
He was last seen Wednesday afternoon using his debit card at Byrne Dairy in Geneseo.
There was some worry as Morgan suffers from the early stages of dementia.
