Cattaraugus County man accused of shooting dog
SOUTH VALLEY, N.Y. — A Cattaraugus County man has been charged with cruelty to animals after police say he shot a dog.
Police say 24-year-old Devin Dudenhoeffer admitted to shooting a dog in South Valley on January 11th.
He's been released and is scheduled to appear in South Valley Town Court on a later date to answer to the charge.
