ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- A Buffalo man who passed out drunk in his running vehicle after robbing an Orchard Park home was arrested Saturday morning.
Town police charged 37-year-old Stephen Banko IV of Harding Road with burglary, grand larceny and four other counts. He was found passed out in a running car on Bielak Road about 11 a.m.
Police say he broke into a relative's home nearby and had several stolen items in the car.
He was being held at the Erie County Holding Center ni lieu of bail.
