Utility truck catches fire leaving some Lockport residents without power

LOCKPORT, N.Y. — A utility truck that caught fire Tuesday left dozens of Lockport residents without power.
According to Lockport fire officials, the fire started when branches the truck was removing took down a power line at Clinton and Vine streets.
The truck was a total loss. No one was injured.
NYSEG has since been working on restoring power to homes in the area.
