Police in Chautauqua County warn of man impersonating dog warden
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. — The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man they say is impersonating a dog warden and attempting to impound people's dogs in the towns of Portland and Pomfret.
The Sheriff's Office says they're investigating several incidents where a man in his mid 30s went up to homes and said he was the Pomfret dog warden. They believe he's driving a brown colored sedan.
