Lockport woman charged with stealing drugs from pharmacy
NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — A Lockport woman was arrested Monday after authorities say she stole drugs from her employer.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, 43-year-old Lydia Klein was charged with intent to distribute prescription drugs.

Officials say she admitted to selling at least 1,100 Lortab and Xanax pills in the Lockport area after stealing them from the South Transit Road Rite Aid she worked at.

She's out on bail.

A conviction carries a prison term up to 20 years.
